The investors will be owning the GES token which corresponding part of the real estate is invested in, owned by the platform. Genesis allows the investor to leave the project and get back the invested money anytime after the start of the operations according to the procedure. Whenever the real estate owned by Genesis is used for commercial purposes, the income generated will be paid to the investors regularly every three months starting from October 2018. The investor would have no restrictions on using the profit received by them. The profit would be transferred to the electronic account of Genesis.
The distribution of the Genesis token – GES, would be done in several stages. All the undistributed tokens will be placed in the reserve. 1 GES = 1 EUR. A total of 1,000,000,000 of GES tokens will be issued. The Initial Token Offering (ITO) would begin on the 1st April 2018 lasting for 45 days and will end on 15th May 2018. The soft cap is 3,000,000 Euro. The distribution of the tokens would be as 80% to the investors, 18% to the organizers and the remaining 2% to the bounty.
